2. Reduced Deductible
The renter pays the total rental upfront. A pre-authorization is blocked on their credit card upon vehicle collection.
In case of a claim (collision, scrape, or attempted break-in), a reduced deductible applies. With this package, you enjoy enhanced protection compared to basic CDW and RCDW.
Release timeframe:
The security deposit is released within 15 business days following return of the vehicle in good condition, minus any amounts owed to diRENT.
3. TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN
In case of an incident or scrape on the road, simply complete an accident report form and notify our assistance team within 48 hours.
In case of breakdown or vehicle immobilization, our team remains available by phone to guide and assist you. Roadside assistance and towing can be organized if necessary, in accordance with your package.
